2 Application: S-GnRHa, a synthetic polypeptide,which stimulates maturated fish to release gonadotrophin,induces maturation and breeding in cultured fish.
3 Dosage & Usage: Dissolved in saline water before injection,injected into abdominal cavity on the basal part of pectorl fin in fish .
4 Suggestions:
Grass Carp: Single injection,2-5ug/kg body weight.
Silver Carp: Two injections,0.5ug/kg body weight for 1st and 3ug/kg body weight for 2nd.The interval is 10-12hr.
Black Carp: Two injections,1.0 ug/kg body weight for 1st and 2ug/kg & carp pituitaries body weight for 2nd. The interval is 10-12hr.
